Ruby K.K. Choy, 88, of Kaneohe, a homemaker, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Derrek G. and Anthony E., daughter Suzanne K. Hong, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. Flowers welcome.
