74Teodolfo Ulep "Ted" Tabios, 106, of Kapolei, retired owner of Waikiki Biltmore Barber Shop, died in Kapolei. He was born in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lolita G., sons Ray and Gary, daughters Patricia Rock and Yolanda Yount, brother Teodoro "Teddy," sister Feliza Dumlao, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
