Ralph M. Shiyama, 81, of Hawaiian Paradise Park, Hawaii, a former City and County of Honolulu building inspector, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Evelyn, sons Benjie and Kel, daughters Julie Kuboyama and Connie Nickerson, sister Flora Murakami and two grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Saturday at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2629 Kilauea Ave., Hilo. Services: 2 p.m. No flowers.
