Charles Tsutomu “Charlie” Hayashi, 86, of Kaneohe, a retired electrician and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Fumiko “Elsie,” daughters Sharon Lamberti and Deborah “Debbie” MacArthur, brother Stanley, sister Doris Miyashita, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
