Yukiko Hirashima, 96, of Kula, Maui, a carnation grower on the slopes of Haleakala Crater, died in Kula Hospital. She was born in Honokowai, Maui. She is survived by son John; daughters Yvonne Petro, Robin Visser and Lynn Hirashima; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
