Frederick Satoru “Fred”Kimura, 84, of Wahiawa, a retired civil service chief of the U.S. Army Communications Systems Agency and a Hawaii Air National Guard lieutenant colonel, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Masako, sons Ken and Steve, sister Nancy Harada and four grandchildren. Private services.
