Herbert K. “Monty” Nishii, 81, of Aiea, a retired heavy equipment mechanic and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Myrtle, son Herbert S., daughter Stephanie N. Budar, brother Moses and five grandchildren. Private services.
