Carol Ann Goodwin Payne, 62, of Waipahu, a retired registered practical nurse at the state Department of Public Safety, Health Care Services Division, died in Ewa. She was born in El Dorado, Ark. She is survived by companion and caregiver Roger Ah Tou, son Rusty L., daughter Cori P. Gonzalez, parents Raul and Vera Torres, brothers Larry and Gary Goodwin, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
