80Romulo Andres Balbin, 68, of Lihue, a park caretaker for the Kauai Department of Parks and Recreation, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Luna, Isabela, Philippines. He is survived by wife Bonnie; sons Rendell, Ronald and Romell; brothers Venancio and Manoling; sisters Rosalia Pagulayan and Pacita Villanueva; and three grandchildren. Services: 6 p.m. Friday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai, Kauai. Rosary: 7 p.m. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
