81Patsy Tomie Shimizu, 86, of Honolulu, a pension consultant and retiree from the Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors Association, Local 675, administrative and trust fund offices, died. She was born in Honaunau, Hawaii. She is survived by daughter Diane Y., brother Kaoru Uyeda and sister Leatrice M. Taketa. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
