Rodney Burl Yarberry, 92, of Hilo, a retired superintendent of Hawaii public schools, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Colorado. He is survived by sons Duston, Christopher and Matthew; daughters Sara J. and Megan; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. No services.
