83Chelsey Marie Bergonia, 31, of Koloa, Kauai, a Wilcox Memorial Hospital medical clerk, died. She was born in Tacoma, Wash. She is survived by sons Ayden Bernardino and Xaenyn and Micah Yamamoto; companion Kelsey Yamamoto; father Norman; mother Jerilynn Agor; brothers Kaena and Tyler; and sisters Shanamae Andres and Denise Bergonia. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Celebration of life: 6 p.m.
