Alphage L. Levasseur, 91, of Mililani, a retired civil service operations supervisor with the Naval Facilities Engineering Command and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Crompton, R.I. He is survived by son Douglas A..; daughters Nancy E., Joanne S., Sandra A. and Deborah J.; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Private services.
