Earl Yukio Tanioka, 70, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Police Department officer, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sandra, son Gavin, daughter Trina Odani, brothers Cedric and Michael, sister Leburta and five grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
