Masako Higa, 89, of Honolulu died in Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by sons Michael Arakawa and Darrel H. Higa; daughters Michele Cortez, Kathryn Forsythe and Jolene Kiyono; sister Yoshie DeClue, nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Private services.
