80Darlene S. Iokepa, 69, of Honolulu, a Tri-Comm Hawaii business owner, died in Maryland. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Albert Jr., Donald and Robert; daughters Karen Rodrigues and Lee Anne Manley; sisters Donna Smith, Dianne Keale and Dolly Cole; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
