Anna Charlotte Scott Sloggett, 106, of Lihue, a retired Wilcox Elementary School teacher, died at home. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son David P. Scott and daughter Marion S. Penhallow. Graveside services: 4 p.m. Jan. 18 at Lihue Cemetery.
