TOM WOO November 16, 1921 – December 20, 2012 Tom Woo 91, owner of 50th State TV Repair and Rental in Aiea in the Waimalu Shopping Center died in Mililani. He was born in San Fernando, California and called Hawaii his home for over 60 years. Tom is predeceased by his parents, Joseph Y. Woo and Wong Shee Woo. He is also predeceased by 5 brothers – William, Roy, Sam, Ed, and James. He is survived by his older sisters, Rose Lamb, Lilly Chong and Mary Chu, as well as younger siblings Young, Wayne, Larry, Mabel Woo, Ruth Nishihara and Naomi Thrower. Tom is also survived by many nieces and nephews on the mainland, and hanai son, Peter Lum and Family on Maui. Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary in Honolulu on Monday, January 14, 2013. Visitation starts at 9 am and services at 10 am. Scattering of cremated remains will be held at a later date.
