Nicola Beit Sayada, known as "Chef Nick" or "Uncle Nick" to many passed away on December 4th, 2012 from complications with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his loving wife Maria and four children Tony, Michelle, Linda, and Nicky, four other siblings and grandchildren. Memorial to be held at Star of the Sea Church on Saturday, January 19th at 10 am. A celebration of Nick's life to follow at the Elks Club.
