Alvin Kwai HoongDang, 61, of Kapolei, a retired Hawaii Air National Guard F-15 avionics technician, Papa Al’s Kitchen chef and fisherman, died in Honolulu. He also was an Air Force veteran. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Donna; sons Allen, Timothy and Howard; daughters Jasmine and Alisa; mother Lai Quan; brother Gerald; and sisters Loretta Doon, Sandra Dang and Shirley Ann Lee. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
