He was born in Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines. He is survived by wifeLita; son Manuel Jr.; daughter Flordeliza; stepmother Rita; brothersJeffrey, Felipe andAvelino; sisters Rosalind Martinez and May Gebin; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Friday at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services:7 p.m. Additional visitation: 7 a.m. Saturday at the church. Mass: 8 a.m. Burial to follow at Pahoa Catholic Church Cemetery.
