She is survived by sons, Devin Kusaka Gatewood, Draven Duclayan, Dreyson Duclayan, Dylan Duclayan; brother, Shirley Kusaka; companion, Duke Duclayan; brother, Harlan (Dale) Kusaka; sisters, Roxane (Kevin) Fujiwara, Corinne (Kaleo Li) Aguinaldo. Private services were held.
