Member of the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and resident manager of 2033 Nuuanu. He is survived by wife, Stasia H. Barcelona; daughter, Tamara-Lee (David) Kamai; mother, Cecile Barcelona; brother, Pedro (Sonya) B. Barcelona Jr.; sisters, Loraine Apo, Diana (Greg) Ng, Annette (Daniel) Barcelona-Cadelinia.
