Ronald S. “Tiger” Higa, 75, of Waipahu, a former employee of Standard Oil, Japan Airlines and DynAir Services/Swissport, died in Aiea. He also was a Marine Corps veteran. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Doris; sons Lance and Myles; daughter Jodie Lagafuaina; brothers Eugene, Stanley, Wilfred and Gary; and four grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
