78Toetu Faitau, 78, of Honolulu, a retired Queen's Medical Center linen department housekeeper, died. He was born in Pago Pago, American Samoa. He is survived by wife Vasa M.A.; sons Tautau Taualai and Lene Faitau; daughters Lemasino Faitau, Matelina Fuiava, Sekala Lorenzo, Peleiupu Kuresa and Lucy Aulava; sister Leveleveio Togiai; 30 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 9 a.m. Burial to follow at Valley of the Temples
