Rose May Alupay Valdez Dumlao, 46, of Wahiawa, a Special Education Center of Hawaii direct support staff employee, died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Bangui, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. She is survived by husband Loy, son Pierre L. Valdez, daughter Sarah J. Valdez, parents Elmer and Violeta Valdez, and brother Sanddy R. Valdez. Visitation: 6 p.m. Saturday at Filipino United Church of Christ, 94-1366 Hiapo St., Waipahu. Services: 7 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
