Dean Michael Higgins, 58, of Mililani, a restaurant director, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Camden, N.J. He is survived by wife Ramona, stepsons Joshua Cullen and Christian Carrozza, stepdaughter Catherine Crider, parents Joseph and Nancy, brother Joseph J. and sisters Nancy Jo Krusinski and Gay Higgins. Celebration of life on the mainland.
