Elwin G.W. Low, 81, of Honolulu, a retired principal and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born on Kauai. He is survived by wife June Y., son Ricky, daughter Sheryl Ishikawa-Shiroma and six grandchildren. Private services.
