Sherry Lynn Berkeley, 60, of Wailea, Maui, a trial assistant and investigator at Metropolitan Public Defender Services Inc. in Oregon, died at home. She was born in Hemet, Calif. She is survived by husband Bruce, son Joshua, parents Oliver and Shirley Evans, brother Buck Evans and a grandchild. Private services.
