Rudolph “Rudy” Windrath Jr., 83, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Shipyard electrical technician and an Army veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kazuko, sons Roy and Ray, sister Alberta W. Baker and two grandchildren. No services.
