Yoshito Kawabata, 86, of Honolulu, a retired IRS tax examiner, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Glenna Nakamura, son Eric Kawabata, daughters Jan and Fay, sister Yoshie “Jean” Takechi and two grandchildren. Private services.
