Richard A. "Tex" Tachera, 82, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaiian Electric Co. warehouseman and Air Force master sergeant, died in Avalon Care Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Doris N.L., son Richard A. Jr., daughters Rosemary Tachera and Doris Rowland, brother Joseph and a grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Monday at Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa.
