Richard Yasuo Ogino, 64, of Honolulu, a retired Ono Construction mason, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Aaron H., Kevin S. and Darin S.; mother Tsuyuko; and brothers Walter, Henry, Michael and Stanley. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
