Francis Soon Cho Lee, 94, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard supervisory inspector and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Huong, son Timothy, daughters Jill Stevens and Les Emi, brother Bobby Soon Chin, sister Soon Mee and three grandchildren. Private services.
