Julia Boreliz Manguchei, 90, of Kapaa, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by sons Michael and Leroy, brothers Charles and Tony Boreliz, sister Lucy Monroy and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lihue. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
