Moses “Moki” Ragasa, 85, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a charter boat fisherman, Kauai Surf Hotel chef and an Army veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Larry. Celebration of life: 9 a.m. Feb. 9 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery. Interment to follow.
