Seiichi Matsumoto, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Tachibana Enterprises tour driver, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hyogoken, Japan. He is survived by son Hiroshi, daughter Michiko Hamada, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
