Gabriel Gamaliel "Yala" Brown, 75, of Waianae, an operating engineer, died in St. Francis-West Hospice. He was born in MaunaÂloa, Molokai. He is survived by sons John and Gabriel "Chucky" Kealoha, Gabriel Kulani, William Thomas, Gilbert Kalani and Darrick K. Brown; daughters Gabrielle "Debbie" Kaaekuahiwi, Jan Tomimbang, Kanoe, Lori, Lola, Lemann and Kellie R. Key, and Lorretta Damas; brothers James M. Key Jr. and Hano, Paul, Jimmy, Bobby, Solomon, Bruce and Roy HanoÂhano; sisters Pearl Campbell, Jewel C. Key, Wai Paa‘aina, Ruby Chai, Shirley Gohier, Waylyn HanoÂhano and Joelyn Branch; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 6 p.m. Saturday at Maili Beach Park
