Pamelia Lee Hubbard, 53, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a homemaker and library assistant in Placerville, Calif., and Bellingham, Wash., died at home. She was born in Roseville, Calif. She is survived by husband Dennis and sisters Sandy Gray and Shirley Payne. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at deceased's home, 53-450 Iole Road, Kapaau. Aloha attire.
