Warren Takeo Higa, 79, of Kaneohe, a retired self-employed electrician doing business as Mililani Electrical Service, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Derek and Kevin, daughter Tricia, brother Fred and three grandchildren. Visitation:  3 p.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. No flowers.
