Charmaine D. Koldon, 59, of Kaneohe, a Kaiser Permanente nuclear medicine technologist, died in Kaneohe, She was born in Chicago. She is survived by cousins Falicia and Jackie Slavik. Private services. Donation suggested to the Hawaii Opera Theatre.
