James Murashi Sukisaki, 78, of Koloa, Kauai, a retired Shioi Construction Ltd. carpenter, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Koloa. He is survived by wife Shirley; sons Kearn, Cary and Randy; daughter Melanie; stepdaughters Jenny Keomaka and Colleen Kaehu; brother Isao; sisters Yoshino Ishii, Shizue Nakata and Patricia Scribner; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Services: 4 p.m. Sunday at Koloa Jodo Mission.
