75Elsie Bandmann Carreira, 94, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Leahi Hospital. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by son Maurice, daughters Veronica Carreira and Valerie Pringle, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
