Liane Sasan, 77, of Lihue, Kauai, died at home. She was born in Germany. She is survived by husband Richard; daughters Diana “Cookie” Puahala, Donna “Sissy”Jerves, Liane “Tootsie” Sasan andHeidi Duarte; brothers Wilhelm and Josef Schoberl; sister Inge Maroney; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Private celebration of life held.
