Rose Ligier Cosner, 85, of Honolulu, a retired Hawaii state employee, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Vincent and Garett, daughter Lorita, brother George, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Private services.
