Toshiye Okakado “Thelma” Fukumoto, 93, of Honolulu, a retired quality control supervisor for Maui Divers of Hawaii, died at home. She was born in Kahului. She is survived by sons Gene K. and Gordon S., daughters Sharon Y. Jones and Cynthia M. Murata, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Private services.
