William Martin Bernhart, 92, of Honolulu, a retired property manager, died in Arcadia Health Care Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Joy H., son Michael W., daughter Anne E. Wygal and a grandchild. Services: 8 a.m. Monday at Outrigger Canoe Club. Scattering of ashes to follow. Donations suggested to the Boy Scouts of America Aloha Council or Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation.
