71John G. Ruiz, 88, of Kekaha, Kauai, a retired Dynalectron Corp. transportation department foreman at the Pacific Missile Range Facility, Barking Sands, died in Kauai Care Center. He was born in Omao, Kauai. He is survived by wife Mary P.; sons Russell and Robert; brothers David, Fred, Frank and Guy; sisters Lucy Kanoa, Marie Lewis and Catherine Martin; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
