Helen F. McGee, 90, of Honolulu, a Los Angeles County Parks Department landscape architect, died in Waipahu. She was born in Portland, Ore. She is survived by daughters Leyla M. Matsueda and Jacquelin H. Carroll, and sister Doris Aushalomov. Private services.
