74Charlotte Akana Kerr, 70, of Waianae, owner of Quality Shiatsu in Waianae, died in Waianae. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Anthony J. Marques Jr., daughters Suzanne C. Ballesteros and Roberta J. Wilson, and nine grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.
